Honestly, what I do its hard to put in a box. It’s a mix of embodiment, business strategy, and a dash of Lauren magic. 🪄 With 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and growing businesses, paired with my intuition and signature embodiment tools, I help my clients transform from the inside out and create results that blow their own minds. 🤯

I Was Born For This

From a young age, I knew I was here to make a big impact. But I never felt like I fit in. Growing up, I always felt different, and to compensate, I became a perfectionist and overachiever.

I climbed the corporate ladder for 15 years, overworking myself and squeezing into boxes I didn’t belong in, just to keep getting promoted. Eventually, I made it to the top as Director of People & Culture. I thought the title, the BMW convertible, and the shiny success would finally make me happy.

Spoiler alert: it didn’t. I couldn’t shake the knowing inside me that I was meant for more—so I decided to trust it. In December 2017, with only $5,000 in my bank account and no backup plan, I left my corporate career to become a coach.

The first few years of entrepreneurship were anything but easy. There were plenty of ups and downs, including hiring a mentor who I paid a ridiculous amount of money to help me build my business—only to realize their path wasn’t mine. 😆😫

That experience taught me one of the most important lessons of my life: my inner guidance knows the way better than anyone else ever could.

If you have the desire inside you to follow your purpose, it’s because you’re meant to. You already have everything you need to succeed, and you’re meant to do it your way.

That’s exactly what I did. I threw out the rules, broke the mold, and decided to have fun along the way. I built a multi-six-figure business with an email list of just 200 people, all while staying true to myself. 🤩

📍🇺🇸🇲🇽In 2021, I sold most of my things and moved to Sayulita, Mexico. Now I split my time between San Diego and Sayulita.
